Called Red Door last minute after another company tried to reschedule me again for even later in the day...even after already confirming my appt several times earlier via text alerts/calls. 😡
So I googled other companies. Mary of Red Door Co. was extremely personable on the phone and made every effort to get a crew out to my house that same day. She took my info and called me back within minutes to confirm they could indeed come by house later that afternoon. Crew arrived on time, in a company truck, and in company work attire. Polite and professional the entire time during pressure washing house. Took just over an hour, they even scrubbed the porch/sidewalk and washed off door mats! We did a walk around afterwards to ensure I was happy with everything. I was thrilled!!! Mildew all gone and windows are clean. I asked for business cards to pass along to neighbors. We will be back...

At the beginning of spring, we received a flyer in the mail from Red Door. As a precaution, we decided to check the reviews on the company before we scheduled a power wash cleaning for our home.

From the time of scheduling, til now, the Red Door team has consistently been in touch with me. You’ll receive a phone call, email or text (your choice) to ensure you take precautionary measures prior to your appointment.

Although the washers were approximately 15 minutes late (w/ no phone call) for the appointment (8 am), they were very friendly and carried the Red Door profession into the field.

There were some minor issues which needed rectifying after the washing was completed, but they were quickly addressed with NO HESITATION.

I love this company’s “Quick Wit and Can Do Attitude” in making everything satisfactory for the client once...

Mother nature with all the moisture and humidity these past 2 to 3 years did a mold/mildew number on our once nice 11 year old steal grey vinyl siding. William came from Red Door and presented well, did an excellent job. House siding and all look like new! Beautiful steal grey like new again. Highly recommend these folks. Thank you William and all!

Just had my house washed by Red Door couldn’t be happier. Scotty and Nick were out on time, worked diligently the whole 3.5 hours. Taped up areas that needed to be protected, cleaned up after themselves, went over areas that needed to be touched up, no hesitation on their part at all. They were happy that we were happy. Signing up for a repeat treatment next year and thereafter. Definitely worth the money. The house exterior looks brand new! Impressive.
