Red Door Pro Wash

Red Door Pro Wash is a great team that made my house look great! It was like getting a "face lift" for my house. The brick and vinyl siding are both beautiful! I am very pleased.

I have used the many services of Red Door, multiple times, over the last few years and they have always provided the best service for the most reasonable of prices! "Power" washing our home, and cement sidewalks steps etc. window cleaning (in/out), Dryer vent (preventative) cleaning and every time they deliver an exceptional experience. I also had a great need in my work, many companies provided no confidence they could perform the task needed, but were willing to try.. NOT.. I decided to call Red Door and Josiah was on it for me! Another EXCEPTIONAL experience! Not sure if they provide a specific service? CALL THEM they just might, or know someone who does.!

I kept thinking I should have my dryer vent cleaned but knew the outlet was on the roof; so, whomever I chose would have to have ladders and be insured to go up there. Then I heard the ad on the WGRQ 95.9, and there was my answer! Josiah listened to my concerns and was helpful in making the arrangements and I got reminders too. Scott and Will showed up at my door today, were even a little early, and did a fantastic job! I am religious about cleaning the dryer trap after every load and I have my dryer serviced every year. I was amazed (and horrified) at how much built up lint and dust they pulled out! These guys went above and beyond as they discovered the edges of the vent cover on the roof outlet was sealed underneath the roofing tiles. They couldn’t just unscrew it and access the vent. Impressed from the beginning!
I called to see if Red Door could get the mold that was creating black streaks off my 5 years old roof. In very short order I had a professional proposal that included a 7 year warranty. So I scheduled the work around the weather forecast, the day before they follow up to ensure that time still work. They showed up right on time when to work.
I a matter of hours my roof showed no signs of the moldy streaks.
Did I mention the 7 year warranty!!!

Red Door provided phenomenal service cleaning out my dryer ducts. Scotty and Misal were very professional and courteous; they went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleared out properly. The previous owners of my home never had the ducts serviced even though it should be performed yearly. The team worked to ensure myself and my family are safe from this potential fire hazard. Will & Misael of Red Door were Excellent.
The home was washed two years ago and the quality of the Red Door Pro Wash far exceeded any previous home washing. Will and Misael exactly followed the areas I wanted them to avoid. They also took an excellent preventive measure that I had not seen done with other washing companies. They covered our security cameras, door bell, door locks, and HVAC circuit breaker box. While I have not had any issue with any of these devices following a home washing in the past, I value preventive efforts and believe this is an excellent practice that I appreciate and hope Red Door continues this effort.

I found Will & Misael to be very professional and personable. They were efficient and thorough in cleaning our home. I found they took the time to clean an area of our home that is not the easiest to access.

I can't recommend them more! The workers showed up on time and were extremely courteous! In a little over 2 hours they were able to get my house sparkling, had I tried to do this myself it would have taken all weekend and it wouldn't look a tenth as good as they made it look! on top of all that, it was affordable! I made the mistake of hiring an inferior competitor a couple of years ago, they were more expensive, took all day, and most importantly, their results would pale in comparison to Red Door Pro Wash!

I have previously hired other power washing services and quite frankly, I was unimpressed. I've tried cleaning my house on my own but it is a long, wet process and it gets quite nerve-wracking when I had to get up on the ladder to clean off the second story. After seeing Red Door Pro Wash at the Home and Garden show I decided to give them a shot. I'll be honest, I really wasn't expecting much as they were cheaper than the other services I used in the past...boy was I wrong! They arrived on time and quickly went to work. They had my entire house shining bright in a little over 2 hours, it would have taken me an entire weekend and it wouldn't have looked a tenth as good!
