The 'rinse' is key...I had to "re-rinse" a whole bunch of places with my hose to remove streaks and crystals left from the process.
However, my siding is a dark green and it was 100° outside. The guys were great, very respectful of my yard and plants/shrubs.

The technicians were very polite and professional. Easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions. The receptionist I talked with in the office also was also very kind and professional. There were however and unfortunately a couple of issues. To be fair, it is of my personal opinion that this company tries to do a good job. To their credit, they did return and corrected their error/errors that created some other issues with our knockout rose bushes, 3 to four to be exact, with the exception of the guys that initially came out, communications were not very good. That being said, it is highly unlikely that I will be using this/their services again. Disappointing!
