Red Door Pro Wash was on time, very friendly and professional, and very attentive to questions or concerns. They walked me through what and how they were going to do. They let me know it would take about 2 hours, but finished up in 1.5 hours. We walked around the entire house together to look at the final product. The house looks great, like new again. I thought I needed to sand and repaint my front porch hand rails. Once they cleaned them, I realized the rails were in better condition than I thought and they only need spot painting. I would recommend them to everyone. They do a superior job.

I hired Red Door to clean just the front of my townhouse to correct a problem indicated by the HOA. Since it involved a bay window, I was happy to know that they use soft wash with detergent. They told me that they normally do the whole house. Since I had just installed new sod to my backyard, they offered to do just the front.

They showed up on the date of the appointment way before the scheduled time and did the job. I didn’t realize they were here! Perhaps because I was upstairs nursing a migraine, and I barely hear my doorbell upstairs. Everything looks very clean out there now. I will not hesitate to Red Door them again.
