The job I needed was for a roof and gutter cleaning. I was very impressed with Red Door Pro Wash’s efforts to stay in contact with me prior and during the completion of the requested work. The gentlemen who came out were in uniform, respectful and most importantly excellent at their job. They began on time, were very thorough, and kept me abreast of their progress. It was great the way they also walked me around afterwards to ensure my satisfaction with the work they had completed. In addition, they also cleaned up the work area prior to departing. A very professional company to do business with and I would highly recommend them to others. The two fantastic employees they sent out to my residence today were amazing, they are both “KEEPERS”.

Really impressed with the services and quality of work that Red Door Pro Wash provides. I got my house cleaned today by Nate and Eric, who arrived early and really performed a detailed cleaning of our home, while taking in to consideration our plants and landscaping. After they were finished, we did a walk around where Nate really went in to detail about the solutions they use, what they protect your house from and also what they did to protect the plants and flowers. Both Nate and Eric were knowledgeable when asked about additional services I would like to use in the future, and really took pride in their work. Looking forwarding to using Red Door Pro Wash again for their window and roof cleaning services, and hopefully we will get Nate and Eric back out here to get it done! Definitely recommend!

Used Red Door to have my roof clean a little over a year ago and the roof still looks good. Decided to use them again to have the exterior of the house cleaned. The guys were running behind and let me know prior to the appointment time that they would be about an hour late, they actually got to my home a little earlier than the new time. The timely communication was nice and the guys did a good job. This is the second time I've used them and I'm pretty happy with the service. I do wish they were a bit cheaper but the service is good so it is what it is. The only suggestion I have for the company is that that during this pandemic, during the initial and final walkthrough/"chat", masks should be worn. They were not in my case, although I did wear mine. Overall I'm satisfied with the services I've been provided.

Red Door just finished cleaning my dryer vent, washing my house and cleaning my deck. They are due to come stain the deck soon, since it should dry completely first. The house looks better than when I bought it. The walks and stairs are now sparkling clean-almost look new. The house inspector did not catch that the vent was painted shut. Thank goodness that I asked Red Door to clean it. It was a fire waiting to happen and was putting undue wear and tear on the dryer. I would recommend this company for experienced and courteous employees as well as their professional work and work ethics. I will give them top scores and will use again in the future.

Extremely professional and responsive. They made everything easy. Pricing was very straight forward and was agreed to over the phone. I ordered basic wash, gutter cleaning, deck wash. There was a package discount. The team (2 guys with a super tricked out truck) was thorough and professional. The only reason the review is 4 stars not five is the cleaning agents did far more damage to my plants than I expected. this in spite of watering well before the work and getting an inch of rain later the day of the work. The solution seems particularly bad on Hydrangeas, killing all the blooms and badly damaging the bush itself. It also isn't friendly to hostas or ground cover. It did not damage my other plants at all so I guess it just depends on what your plantings are.

I am extremely thankful to have found Red Door. This company has exhibited quality on every level. They communicated so well before the job and followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied. They cleaned and treated our roof and it looks amazing. The quality of the work was excellent, the cost was very reasonable, every associate was professional and courteous, they were able to get us in ahead of schedule, and left everything better than they found it.
