UPDATE**
Johnathan reached like a true professional. We had a discussion about the concerns I presented. We were able to formulated a plan to correct the issues identified. I am extremely surprised at the level of concern for his customers. We will absolutely continue to do business with Red Door. Especially after witnessing a company actually call the customer back and have a cordial discussion addressing concerns. They are a rare oddity by todays customer service standards. A company that sticks by their word, when they say legendary service, they are 100% correct. Thank you, and by the way, the house still looks great.
We had a soft wash done. The service provided was good however the backdoor ring doorbell was damaged. They either didn't cover it or didn't cover it well. The front door ring is fine, so that's confusing. They also ripped off the side...
