I can't express how much I appreciate Nathalie and her team. Nathalie took the time to get to know us on a personal level. She is very knowledgeable and professional. All transactions went smoothly due to her organizational skills, years of experience, understanding of real estate laws/policies, etc. Deadlines we met promptly, and our best interest was always the priority. It's been four months since we purchased our home, and Nathalie is still keeping in touch to see how we are doing and if all is good with the house :)) She is exceptional! We could really feel that she cared about us.

Overall I was happy with my decision to use Nathalie Mullinix realty. I was a bit nervous of doing a FSBO, but glad I did it. They helped along the way and referred me to a photographer. I like that they had the option to upgrade to full service and apply what i had spent and offered consultations at an hourly rate if needed. They actually provided quite a bit of support for the flat fee service. I was really surprised as I doubt they made much off my transaction. I even felt it was a bit overboard and was annoyed at times with the phone calls and emails. But that's the only thing I would say they could improve on.

My experience was excellent. The a la carte services were perfect for what I needed and the service and advice through the process was great. I have already recommended Nathalie’s service to friends. I saved a ton of money, I’ll never go back to the typical style of realtors again. Thanks for everything!

I was so impressed with working with both Nathalie as well as her amazing staff. Nathalie went out of her way to address my issues and concerns. The process is easy, and the best part is the savings a seller enjoys in not using a listing agent.

I went with the 1% virtual realtor program and was happy with the experience. I was able to save close to 10K on realtor fees with this service. Expect to do a little work assisting with your listing, but it was minimal work on my part (assisting with virtual walk through, helping set up the lock box, picking out some of the picks I wanted in the listing, etc.). Folks, if you read the other reviews about "$250 hidden fee"....,those reviews are bogus. The fee is right there in the contract. Let me tell you, the $750 total, we paid for all fees is nothing compared to tens of thousands we saved, by not paying sellers Realtor fees. Plus the fee is well worth it, the staff worked very hard to help us sell the home.
