I can't say enough good things about the RealPro team. They converted my bathtub into a shower, had a weird issue with the glass and they responded promptly (after hours), repaired the glass door and stood by their work. We have had several other repairs that went wrong with local contractors but RealPro is head and shoulders over all the others we have dealt with. They are professional, highly responsive, trustworthy and dedicated to customer service. I would not hesitate to trust them with another project. Thank you so much!

RealPro was my choice for a home renovation project after an onsite meeting to discuss a work scope that I expanded during the project. The RealPro team was professional, accommodating and kept us informed throughout. I never woke up to a controllable surprise or challenge. RealPro managed all of the subcontractors work and access. First meeting with Scott to go over my request, meeting Brian at the house to go over unusual concerns, to finally be partnered with Jocelyn (the best project manager ever). Everyone heard my concerns and requests. Jocelyn was spot on with her updates and even potential suggestions. Jocelyn was absolutely amazing and the project was completed sufficiently, promptly and beautifully! I would highly suggest using them for any project!

The RealPro team is amazing! My husband and I had renovations done to our bathrooms and the end results are phenomenal. We are getting older so my husband wanted his tub removed and replaced with a walk-in shower. The owner Brian, came by the house and showed us samples and options. Everything is modern and nothing like those old, ugly, cheap looking shower surrounds. The quality and look of the material is upscale and sophisticated.
My husband's shower has a regular grab bar and a circular grab bar around the handle, a bench, a shelf AND a niche so it's no longer cluttered. I loved the idea of his bathroom so much that I had the tips and pan in my bathroom replaced. Ours is a brand new build but the original material looked cheap.

Tyler and his team from RealPro were a pleasure to work with, Tyler kept us updated on our projects every step of the way. Many thanks to Brian and the RealPro Renovations team. They renovated a commercial location for us and turned it into an optical, doctor's office and full service lab. They handled everything from insulation to finishing touches. Everything was on time and on budget. We opened right on our expected date. Special thanks to Jackie for the design help and Tyler, the project manager, for all the planning and explanations along the way. When we expand, we will be calling again.

Brian and his crew were very professional and were wonderful to work with. The remodeling project uncovered a number of unexpected issues that Brian and his team were able to creatively resolve. We were kept informed by the project manager as the work proceeded and were provided with options that allowed us to manage our budget and completion date. Although I hope to avoid another major renovation project in the near future, I would use RealPro again to do the work.

My experience with Real Pro Renovations began with a recommendation from another customer of Real Pro. I was looking for a new bathroom renovation and this customer highly recommended Real Pro. I called and made an appointment with staff. Staff was professional and explained in detail exactly what it would take for this full renovation. We went over prices and agreed on it and set a date. The staff came to my house early and on time each day. They were neat and cleaned up after each day. The workers informed me of each step they were doing and were also very polite. Their work was completed on time. Their work was a grade of ten out of ten. They knew what they were doing and the finished product was outstanding. My new bathroom is show model perfect.
