I am a returning patient of Real Options in union city & I must say the staff is beyond amazing they’re super helpful & supportive. I went here the first time I found out I was pregnant and had a phenomenal experience with Candy & now here I am back 16 months later pregnant once again & Candy still has not disappointed me super friendly and always has encouraging words. The receptionist always has a smiley face too & will crack some jokes to make you smile! I definitely recommend anyone who needs supportive help to come here they offer so many resources the advocate Jenna will constantly remind you that you are not alone they’re here to help & always has kind words to share. Great and friendly facility that made me feel so welcome. This helped greatly with the anxiety I had with being a new mother. They were also very comforting and supportive. Jenna ( patient advocate) and RN Sandy we’re both so friendly, delightful to speak to, and very knowledgeable about all the questions I had. They offer many services that include pre natal care, free ultrasounds, free maternity clothes, free baby items, support with medi-cal, and much more. This facility does not offer abortion services, but instead offers other alternatives such as adoption that they will help you with if you chose to do so. I had my first ultrasound here and was greeted by lovely staff who made sure I was comfortable the second I came in. The advisor and doctor who helped me were extremely caring and answered any and every question I had as a first time mom. They gave me a folder full of other resources I also may need! I had my first visit yesterday and i left there feel like this has been my family doctor for years.... Candy and Sandy were amazing and very easy to open up to. I felt comfortable my entire time there and would suggest Union City location to absolutely anyone. My boyfriend and i left there with a whole bunch of goodies, including booties, a knitted hat and a maternity band free of charge. I loved it! Read more >

I was very impressed and satisfied with the care I got at there office today.. they made me feel like they where part of my family. I was searching for a place around the bay that provided an affordable ultrasound. Planned parenthood couldn’t provide me what I needed. I didn’t have insurance at the time, and this place accepted me with open arms. I was very pleased that I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket, and they also helped me apply for Medi-cal. Very, very happy with that because it was what I needed and definitely helpful. I do have to input that they were happy to have me return to do another ultrasound, because I had a small scare. But they put me at ease and showed me that my baby was doing just fine. Definitely worth coming here, and I am glad I found this place. Warm atmosphere and very welcoming. I’m so grateful I found RealOptions! I don’t have insurance at the moment and found out i was pregnant, when planned parenthood said they did not cover an ultrasound I was able to find this place. It’s such a cute, inviting and professional invironment, highly recommended! If you need pregnancy help and don’t have insurance definitely call and make an appointment they will ease your mind.
