100% recommend this clinic if you are looking for a place that will not only work with you financially but CARE for you. The staff here are all super nice and answer any questions you might have. They really make you feel welcomed and at home. They also provide you with lots of information to help you navigate through your choices/options for your particular case. Within a day I was booked for an appointment and they also accept walk-ins! Highly recommend!

This clinic is amazing! I called the same day for an appointment and they were able to fit me in. Kaiser cancelled my first ultrasound just the day before and I was freaking out! Sonia was super helpful on the phone and also when I arrived. The check in process was super easy, filled out some paperwork and discussed the costs. My ultrasound was $82 because I did have private insurance so this was out of pocket, which is not bad at all by the way!

Afterwards the program manager Latasha will talk to you. She described all the programs and services they offered which was enlightening. She also gave me a packet with all the resources for my pregnancy which is so helpful!

After screening, I was able to get my first ultrasound taken by nurse Lisa. She was patient, kind and answered all my questions. During the whole process I felt safe and taken care of. I will...

All the staff are absolute angels on earth! They made me feel so comfortable, answered all my questions, and gave me so much help and advice. I told them I was having trouble with my insurance, and they got me approved right there on the spot. Truly such a caring and supportive team — I couldn’t be more grateful! Love love love them ALL.

10/16/2025. It was my first time being at RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics of Union City yesterday and I loved it. My cousin is visiting from the island and she is pregnant and wanted to check up on her baby, ALL OF THE STAFF made it an easy visit! They were so nice and helpful! She received a lot of information about her pregnancy and got to see her baby, hear her baby’s heartbeat and got to get print outs of her ultrasound and even a little gift! We left happy! I highly recommend this place!

The staffs at RealOptions Obria Medical Clinjcs of Union City are super warm, sweet and professional. Sonia was very patient every time I called and she understood my needs and set up my appointment professionally. Latisha was very caring and supportive, she explained everything in details and provided great information and extra resources where we can get supports if needed. Lisa was really professional and patient when doing all the measurements with ultrasound. Highly recommended whoever needs care give them a call!

Staff here are so nice and generous they actually care i called to clear out some issue once i called called was given apt for day after then on day of my apt was seen earlier than my apt time they have have accommodate to see me early every time I’ve been here never had anything to complain about they give you all the info for whatever reason your there for this office from the neatness to staff everything is worth more than 5 star highly recommend cmeing here !!

I love the personal empathy and compassion shown towards us during visit each time. I finally have a baby after 2 miscarriages last year and it meant a lot to me when nurse Cheryl remembers us and our stories with compassion and care.
