I’m a first time Mom that was very nervous walking into a pregnancy. I went to Real Options while in between insurances and boy, did I make the right decision. Every part of that place is covered with patience and care, which for me in this department was major. I’m greeted with water, very little to no wait time, lots of patience for the plethora of questions I threw at them, and sonograms that’s aren’t rushed and gave me an opportunity to process this very surreal experience. I didn’t realize how spoiled I was at this place until I went to what was a “normal” experience for prenatal care through a major insurance.

All this to say, if you want to experience the “care” part of such a precious, sensitive chapter or path & not feel like you’re in a conveyer belt for your appointment, I highly recommend a place like Real Options.

I first came here when I thought I was pregnant. I didn't have health insurance and the free clinic I went to recommended Obria. I received confirmation that I was pregnant with my first baby here! They were able to do an ultrasound and we were able to get our first picture of our baby. The staff in incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They helped me sign up for emergency Medi-Cal and referred me to a high risk obgyn ( considering my age). The office was very supportive and would even check in by phone to provide support and resources during my pregnancy. If you are or think you are pregnant, this is a wonderful place to go. It's been a year since I had my baby and I went for an obgyn exam since I didn't know where to go. The doctor was so helpful and was able to discuss for a good amount of time about the changes in my body. I never felt rushed, which is why I gave them 5...

Compassionate staff

The staff here are literal angels on earth. Everyone there is so sweet and welcoming. They helped me throughout my entire pregnancy and postpartum, checking in on me frequently and offering practical and emotional support. They have a special place in my heart.

I found myself pregnant but still don’t know how many week i’ve been, and i went there and they wellcoming me well.

I love RealOptions Obria Medical Clinic they helped me with finding out about my first Child, & they even gave me some information on parenting classes & gave me some tips and advice about the pregnancy & gave me information about how to be the best parent I can even with my fears of being a FTM (first time mom) I appreciate them & all they do for everyone. Especially. People who are in my situation, who are scared & worried of the outcome after having a baby not knowin what will happen next…

this clinic has helped me a lot, the people inside are very supportive and without judgment, if you need help go there.

First time patient at Obria and I felt like a special guest. All of the staff from the receptionst to the Dr were so kind, supportive and very knowledgable. I arrived nervous and scared but left feeling hopeful and empowered with a number of resources I don't think I would have found on my own.
