I really recommend this to people they are very thoughtful and helpful for you and your baby.

Talked with Terry and she was very kind and resourceful. The doctor who seen me was extremely nice and helpful. Wish I could’ve continued to my pregnancy process with them. But will be coming again for the coaching with Terry!!

I loved everything about this place

Wanted to get some preventative testing done. Was able to schedule an appointment within in a few days, which is rare for the Bay Area. Not only did I get my results back pretty quick, but the staff was super friendly & welcoming.

I absolutely love the information my NP provided. Also offering healthier ways to help myself balance my overall health with simple solutions. I look forward to going back and discussing more topics on woman’s health. Thank you staff at RealOptions!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I love the work that they do to help their patients. I have never received this type of care and attention at any other clinic. They really care about your whole health- mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally etc. I had such a great experience with every staff member. I highly recommend this place. They really go the second, third mile here, from beginning to end. So thankful that places like this exist to help tend to the needs and care of women in the community.

A charming spot in San Jose. They helped me when i didnt have insurance to cover the costs and are very professional with how they communicate and i enjoyed their mannerisms.
