I am so grateful that I found this place. Have been struggling with my yeast infection and other woman health issue, but it could not be solved from previous hospital or clinics even I paid much more. Nice little facility with really helpful and friendly staff with minimal wait. Chris is my practitioner nurse who has great advice and helped me to get effective medication with most affordable price. I came back for regular check ups and feel like home. Definitely recommend!

This is the best place to get clarity

I was very stressed when I found out I was pregnant in the middle of moving out of state and with no medical insurance but Real Options took such amazing care of me and took all my anxiety away. Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff, rooms are all spacious and perfectly clean. We got to see our baby, hear the heartbeat and get the reassurance we needed that the pregnancy is going well before moving. I’m so glad I was able to find them and will highly recommend to any friends or family here that need any sort of help that they offer here.

I received excellent service. They helped me get temporary Medical coverage while I’m still in the process of obtaining my own. They were very kind and helpful throughout the entire process.

Rebecca Nurse was very kind and informative with her knowledge when I came here to do my ultrasound. Over all Staff was patient and welcoming.

The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars is bc the grief councelor that is associated with RealOptions turned me off a bit. I felt judgement and she did bring religion into the conversation. I didn't feel heard or seen but overall, misinformation and projections from her about my decision. I'm just being honest, this turned me off and makes me not want to return to this clinic afterall for a follow up ultrasound due to Becky's phone call.

I am very grateful to RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics of East San Jose for providing me with an amazing experience. The nurses and the staff here are very friendly and enthusiastic. I will definitely come back
