I can’t say enough good things about RealOptions in San Jose. I already knew I was pregnant but was having trouble with my Medi-Cal insurance, so I wasn’t sure where to start or who to turn to. After finding RealOptions online, I reached out — and within the same day, Mary contacted me to set up an appointment. She was also the one to greet me at the front desk, which made it feel even more personal.

The whole clinic was clean, warm, and welcoming. Everyone I met was so kind and open — there was absolutely no judgment, just genuine care. Lily, one of the head coaches, walked me through everything with such compassion and clarity. During the ultrasound, I was a little nervous, but the sweetest nurse named Alyssa completely calmed my nerves — she was an absolute angel and made the experience so special.

By the end of the appointment, they had even helped me get set up with temporary Medi-Cal for pregnant women. I was honestly so impressed and grateful for how efficient and supportive they were. As a sweet final touch, they even gave me a pair of hand-knit baby booties.
