Mari was so fun to work with. In a situation that is intimidating and nerve wrecking she was able to make it an enjoyable experience using humor, sensitivity, Compassion and knowledge. Mari educated my husband and I at each step in the process making sure we felt totally comfortable. Mari was patient and knew how to talk me off of some ledges and anxiety attacks lol.
