I have to say I was truly blessed to participate in Jamel Gibbs' REI seminar this past weekend. The opportunity to hear other people's questions and opinions literally made it a classroom style learning environment. I've learned so much in those three days. This weekend was a great experience! I learned more in three days then I could with someone else in a month! I would only recommend that there be a better time schedule when getting started in the morning and coming back from breaks. Great work this weekend Jamel! You changed some lives!

You asked me at the free seminar to tell you the difference between the other workshop and yours. Well here it is. In my opinion the other workshop focuses on a general overview of any market. In order to know this market I would have to build a team to find out what is the sweet spot. Your workshop provides an insight on the local market and plus YOU are the CASH BUYER!!! OMG this is the first time I've been to one of these workshops (and believe me I've been to many) and actually got what I came for which is an actual step by step formula to start deals RIGHT NOW. Not just fluff talk only to be told you'll get the entrée for a fee of $30,000. So thank you Jamel for honoring your word. I feel I can go out after my first day and start a deal and we still have one more day to go.
