RE/MAX Lakeside Dreams

After my neighbor sold his home with the Teel team, I made a decision a bit late in the season (Memorial Day) and asked Julie to represent me. I purchased my lot around 1999. I built a cabana near the water to accompany the boat house & retaining wall. We bought a boat & jet skis and would spend weekends at local motels. Our kids were very young and we wanted that experience for them. In 2002-03 we hired a builder and completed our lake home which served as a weekend home for 20 years. We have many fond memories on Richland Chambers.
Julie helped us price the property so that the traffic was terrific. However, I was amazed how many offers were contingent on the sale of a primary home because the buyer wanted to relocate to the lake.
Julie helped me identify best potential buyers and patience paid off. We settled on an offer over asking price. The buyer’s primary home sale was in Plano! Julie agreed the Plano location should sell rather quickly relative to other potential locations of priced properly.
Everything went smoothly and after 23 fond years & memories, a great couple was able to secure their dream lake home.
What sold me on Julie’s team was their comprehensive marketing capability. I was amazed how many times our home was viewed via the internet.
