I worked with Mike Gabler to purchase my 2016 chevy malibu. This was the first time purchasing my own car and they made it very easy and were very accommodating. Mike stayed late both the night I made my selection and the night I picked my car up (had to go back after getting my insurance switched over or I would have taken it day of). With the small amount of credit I had the financial department (Brock Turner) did get me financied and approved without a consigner. I appreciate them both, and the cashier Tina, for staying after hours just to help me get the car of my choice. I would recommend Randy Wise and Mike Gabler to anyone going in as he'll help you find exactly what you're looking for that's in your budget. If you have questions don't be afraid to ask or test drive a car before making your decisions!

Took my 2013 Sierra in for service...all taken care of, under warranty, and they cleaned my truck up big time...I have always had great service here (and, I bought it there)....all my oil changes and tire rotations from there....nothing but great experiences every time....thanks, guys and gals!

I was very satisfied with the service. It was very unlike my experience at the La Fontaine Dealership. The repair was undetectable from the rest of the car. The service specialist was great t o work with.

Randy Wise has definitely become the Dealership for all my GMC pickup truck warranty and maintenance work. I was able to drive in, get an oil change and tire rotation and was on my way in a little over 1 hour.

Great experience for the first day.. then it all went downhill. Took a month to get the licence plate and even longer to get the title. Come to find out the car is from Canada.( how do they not know that) I was trying to teach my 18 year old daughter responsibility by having a monthly payment she could afford, not very affordable!!!! It's a 2009 Jeep Liberty and we only bought it 6 months ago, so far she has had to replace the rear axle, front and rear breaks and now the emergency break shoes, rear shocks and the fuel injection line need to be fixed. This car should have never been sold to anyone!!!! I wouldn't recomend this place at all.

We leased the new Buick Cascada in mid March without even a test drive! My wife loves having a Big 3 convertible even though we know its built in Poland! Recently had to replace the rear bumper due to a scuffle with a post at a gas station island! The support brackets underneath were not even listed in the service catalog nor stocked in the USA due to the vehicle just hitting the market. Troy Hummel & his team went out of their way to get a set of brackets off the production line in Poland & kept us updated throughout the whole repair process. Got the Cascada back today looking brand new, ready for warmer days to put that top down! Thanks Troy!

I recently made a service appointment with Mike Skodak, which I was nervous about due to a horrible experience at another dealership, Mike and the service team did an excellent job! I went in to have a estimate done and they were very friendly and quick. The waiting area was also top notch.

This is the 2nd vehicle that we have purchased from Randy Wise Buick GMC in the past 11 months. We were so happy with the purchase experience in 2015 that when we decided to buy a pickup this year the only place we looked was at Randy Wise. Jason Skinner, our salesman each time, is very helpful and totally no pressure. I recommend this dealership and I'm sure all the salespeople are wonderful, but, I will call Jason Skinner the next time I need a car.

Bryan Bickford is a very knowledgeable, friendly and experienced sales person. He helped me find the perfect car that was well within my budget and walked me through the whole process of purchasing the car. I would recommend him to anyone I know in the market for a pre-owned car.

Just purchased a used Mercury Sable, and after a nightmare trying to find a car elsewhere, JJ made the experience easy and painless. They even fixed a few extra issues with the vehicle on their own accord, before they sold it to me! Great experience!
