Due to an unfortunate situation beyond my control, I had to visit the body shop at Randy Wise Buick GMC for a second time in just a matter of months. I am happy to report that my body repairs turned out great and my truck looks as good as it did when I took delivery. Once again, Crista Decker went above and beyond in every aspect of the repair process. She takes the time to thoroughly explain the necessary repairs and provides quick and accurate updates throughout the repair process. This lady provides a level of customer service that is unheard of these days. She is the best and this is my "go to" body shop from here on out! Also, it would be wrong of me not to give a big thanks to the guys in the shop as well. Dave Albert, Rick Balanowski, Larry Vorheis along with Vernon Kettler in the parts department do outstanding work and take pride in the work they perform....

If you need a used car go to Bryan Bickford! I'm 25 and a lot of salesmen at other dealerships treated me poorly (I assume they figure I was a some punk kid who can't make payments) but Bryan sat with me and was very kind and treated me with a lot of respect! He took me through the whole process and worked with me through a few issues that cropped up (Not his fault) and I am very happy with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee!
