Randy Wise Buick GMC

My 19 year old daughter took her car in for the first time to another dealership (because it was closer) to have her oil changed and her tires rotated. That dealership performed the oil change (I think) and when they tried to remove the lug nuts from the tires, they broke her lock nut. They told her to take it back to the dealership where she purchased it from. So that is exactly what we did. I called our salesman Jj Jones and told him what happened and he told us to come in and he would get us taken care of. When we got there, Joe Bliss, Dustin Theibalt, and the service team went above and beyond for us. They had to chisel out the lock nut which was now stuck in the wheel in order to get it off, they also performed a tire rotation at no charge for us even though the other dealership had already billed GM for the service (that they did not provide). My husband had his pickup truck repaired in the body shop at Randy Wise Buick GMC. The truck is beautiful on the outside, however the inside of the cab still has dust from the body shop, both under and behind the seat. It smells like a body shop too.
