We recently sent out Buick Enclave in for service before we went on a long car trip. We began experiencing the same issues with it that we sent it in for and immediately contacted them. They arranged to have someone drive 4 hours away to drop me off a loner car and take ours back to put it back In for service. There service department really went above and beyond for us to make sure that the issue was taken care of. Can’t say enough about there customer service. It’s things like this that will keep us as satisfied customers.

We had our car repaired at Randy Wise. They worked directly with our insurance company and set us up with a rental car that our insurance covered.
