Scott, Joe and the rest of the team at Randy Wise Buick-GMC did a spectacular job repairing our vehicle after a deer hit it. To begin with, the car was not even part of the dealership brand, nonetheless they treated us as if it were. Everyone was polite and professional, and the vehicle is repaired promptly and to original condition. They also took time to manage the little things for us, such as cleaning the car, helping us arrange a rental vehicle, and making the entire exchange very easy. If you live in the greater Fenton/Linden area in Michigan, I would highly recommend their service department.

Hit a deer, which caused major damage. Before and after pics speaks volumes. Stopped in and Nate Brown really helped me out. I needed my truck back within a week, because we had video game parties already booked. His guys took immediate action and got the job done. I don't know anyone working there, so this level of attention was given to a guy just coming in off the street. Can't top that.

We were set on a Yukon with lots of accessories. Stopped by just for a test drive but with their Red tag sale we new we had a good deal. There were a couple miss-steps and we were not as prepared as we thought. In the end they drove the car to our home and closed the deal.
