I brought my GMC Sierra pickup in for a tuneup. The mechanics noticed I needed a front wheel alignment. They found that the nuts and bolts required for the process were so sieved that they couldn’t complete the alignment. New replacement parts would be needed. Assuming that the mechanics are skilled, this does not speak well for the production of my GMC vehicle which will obviously need alignment maintenance down the line.
Luckily I have an extended maintenance contract. But to make matters worse, I have to submit my vehicle before Randy Wise will order the parts. This means I will be without a vehicle for a number of days. I was not offered a loaner. It would seem to me that if this is indeed the internal Randy Wise policy, then a loyal customer should be offered a loaner.
