Randy Wise Buick GMC

We were in a car accident a little over a week ago. We were unfamiliar with how to go about getting our vehicle fixed as this is the first accident we have been in, in 17 years. Our USAA car insurance and Randy Wise Buick GMC of Fenton took great care of us as they walked us through the entire process. They made sure that they had a comparable vehicle for us as a loaner, to use when we dropped ours off. The collision center worked with our insurance to get the proper estimate of the damage and the correct parts ordered for them to fix our vehicle. After they received our parts it only took them a couple of days to have our Journey fixed up good as new. We are more than grateful to Tim and his team at Randy Wise for taking such great care of our family during this stressful time.

Everyone here was so welcoming and helpful. The staff here are very nice and polite! Katie Sura was right there to help me. I went in looking for a new car and was unsure about what I even wanted. She gave me space to look freely and wasn't pushy. She listened to what I was looking for in a car. She didn't offer me a crazy packaged/expensive car but one that fit my needs perfectly, and I got an amazing price! I dread looking for a new car but this experience was very pleasant.
