I'm the customer who knows what exactly he wants. Very hands off experience for the dealer. No test drives, no kicking the tires, few questions to answer. Manager dealt with me personally (I think at Lisa from customer care's urging... maybe I come off sounding like a pencil neck? lol, not sure). Brad was easy to deal with, straight shooter, and quick to respond. Few hiccups but from my time to contact them until I was in the dealership buying the car was a couple of hours...and just before closing. I'd return for my next car for sure. Happy.
