First rate, highly recommend! My lease was up and I needed to close a deal in less than 24 hours because I was leaving for a 2 week vacation. They set me up with the vehicle I wanted and with all the options I wanted, they came in less than the payment I wanted to be at, and closed the deal with 2 hours to spare! Went to a tire place down the street for a tire that had a slow leak. They repaired but said I needed to replace the tire and the rim might have a problem also. The next morning, tire pressure was low again. Went to Randy Wise Buick and they plugged a hole without trying to sell me hundreds of dollars of stuff I didn't need and a week later still no leak.

Fantastic service and experience! Both my wife and I leased our cars from Tim S. and he was incredible to work with. He found us two great vehicles at a great cost. It was such an easy process with him. He never tried to sell us on anything we didn't need. Their whole staff was friendly and very accomodating. I've had a lot of bad experiences with other dealerships but their overall service is fantastic. Even the body shop was great. My wife's car was hit and they took care of everything for us so we had no inconviences. We're very satisfied and plan to continue leasing from them for a long time.

Had an amazing experience, Brian in the used car dept came out and greeted us right away. We had a very negative experience right before at another dealership. They didnt have the vehicle we were lookiing for on the lot, but Brian found one in inventory at another location. He went and got the vehicle brought ot back so we could drive it and stayed late ro help is close the deal... thank you so much and we will be back for any of our vehicle needs!!!!

My son was looking to buy a late model used car and we went to another dealer first. He found the sales staff to be extremely pushy and the overall experience was rather unpleasant so we left.

The next day we went to Randy Wise and one of their sales staff named Brian, completely erased our view of used cars salesman. He spent a lot of time listening to what my son wanted, and then working to provide it. He close the deal with morning and my son is definitely going to be enjoying his new car. I definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest deal with friendly knowageable staff.

I am leasing an Encore from Wise and the service was excellent. I shopped remotely and they delivered my car to me in TC and drove off my trade in. The Encore is a perfect car for me.
