It was a hot mess when it came in and they detailed it twice and fixed scratches even painted the back hatch that was a mess! The car is as pristine as a used car could possibly be! Great experience leasing our 2019 Buick Encore

My father was rear ended and we brought the vehicle to Randy Wise Buick GMC. Matt, was our collision writer. He was very respectful and kept us in the loop through the whole process. They gave my father a loaner vehicle which was a blessing since he drives for work. They did a great job on the overall work of the vehicle. We purchased the vehicle there and was enrolled in their deductible reimbursement program. That saved us $500! Highly recommend them.
