My lease was due to be turned in and I needed to try and find a replacement. I started out at the auto mall with Addison King who was absolutely amazing. She didn’t rush me and really let me figure out what kind of vehicle I wanted. We ended up at the GMC office and that is where I met Dave Robeson. Addison and Dave worked together to help me and I decided to go with the midnight edition Terrain! I did all my paperwork online and the car was delivered to me! I love my car and am very happy with the service I received from Addison and Dave and the entire Randy Wise Team.

I was shopping for a new car that I had to do on my own for the first time. Anyone that has been in my shoes knows how stressful that is for a 24 year old. Amanda Moore made that stress for the most part go away. She showed me every car in my budget. Had a car for me to test drive before I even walked in the door. Told me the difference between a Chevy and a Buick. Even though they looked exactly the same to me. I went in with no clue what I wanted and a small budget to work with. Amanda made it work and I'm so happy I had her to guide me. She didn't pressure to make a sale just gives you facts. Although I didn't buy my dream car from her. She helped me find it. The day before COVID shut down the state, I was involved in an accident that left my Dodge Durango (purchased through Noelle Kelley) undriveable. I figured I would be out of luck for many months given the state of the world at that point. But, Matt and the collision team were amazing to work with. Knowing we run a nonprofit for those in need and would need our vehicle to do so, they even provided me with a very comparable 2020 Acadia to get me through the 4 weeks. The communication was amazing, updating me nearly every other day with what parts they were waiting on. Best experience I have ever had, and appreciate it so very much.
