I had an accident with my 2019 trail boss. Bent the frame . The body shop was very helpful , keeping me up to date with all the repairs . They had my vehicle for quite some time due to COVID and not having the parts needed . Shayna who does the rental/loaner cars went above and beyond to find a truck for me . I'm a long time customer of Larry White and Tim Stein. These two have made my last 5 purchase experiences so awesome - everything is so quick and easy! For the service I had done this week, I needed to address several recalls on my truck and Tim turned it into a "spa day" for my baby! The extras that are done - they cleaned my truck inside and out and installed some deflectors that I was not able to install myself (if I wanted it done correctly.) I also got an oil change and tire rotation, which is so great to have included in my purchase as a service - so great that this is part of the package. I always recommend Randy Wise to my friends and family and will continue to do so for as long as they're in business! I used to hate the car buying process and these guys have made it so much fun and I enjoy the process now!

I would give more stars if possible! Dennis Wheeler is the guy to see if you are looking to lease or purchase.I was very lost on what I wanted going into this. He helped me really figure out my options and spent so much time running all over the dealership to find cars for me to test drive. He also went over every tiny option to come up with a practical solution that was tailored to me. If you are looking for someone to be straight up with you and not hide hidden fees go to him! I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. It took a total of 7 hrs for me to decide what to do, and wanted to do nothing but help the whole time. He also has a real passion for cars! I just purchased a 2020 GMC Acadia from Randy Wise in Fenton- my first new car in 9 years! I do not typically love the car buying process, but this time was incredibly easy, fast and painless (despite Covid-19 times)! Every person (especially Kerrigan, Tim and Chris) who helped us went above and beyond, and I was blown away by their willingness to do whatever we needed to get the best car for my family and I. My experience started when I first walked into Randy Wise. The receptionist, was very helpful. I was there to meet Dale Payne who was referred to me by a friend. Dale was friendly, helpful, personal and professional. Tony, in finance, was great to work with and we had lots in common along with him also being very professional and personal. Thank you to all. This is my fourth lease. In the past, I have been talked down to and, frankly, disrespected to the point that I dread the car-leasing process. I have never had an experience like this one. Katie was a dream from beginning to end. She treated me with respect, listened to what I wanted/needed in a car, and made the entire process insanely easy. I have been telling everyone about how amazing the experience was. I never knew buying a car could be like this. I will be back for my next lease.
