We brought our 2021 Acadia in for a recall. Jenny M met me at the door and shared that a car was unavailable but "Mike" would be able to drive me to my appointments. Mike got me there on time and picked me up when I called Jenny. I appreciated Mike picking me up and getting me back to the dealership.

The inspection was done and my car was waiting for me when I arrived back at the dealership. I can see why Jenny M is at the front desk when a person walks in. She greets you with a smile and says WELCOME TO RANDY WISE.

The customer service was great. Mike was friendly and took very good care of me. The only thing that bothered me somewhat was my loaner. But he did explain that they normally give out something comparable to your personal vehicle and the Encore was all they had, the Encore wasn't impressive.
