Buying a car from Randy Wise Buick GMC was a very good experience. With all the Covid delays the auto industry is experiencing I would say that they did a great job working with me. I had to order a car and they were upfront with issues out of their control. They helped me determine what vehicle I needed and helped me order it. They kept me posted on any information coming from the manufacturer. We happened to be on vacation when it came in. They held our new Acadia for a week until we could return to pick it up and were very good natured about it. I am pleased with my Randy Wise experience.

Great guys at the parts desk!
It is SO nice when you get a parts desk guy that knows his stuff. All the guys there seemed knowledgeable but the one that helped me (can't remember his name) made my life so much easier by quickly figuring out what part I needed. Friendly too! Good job!

My sales person was great. She found me the exact vehicle I was looking for even with limited inventory. The whole process took very little time and Taylor even brought me the paperwork so I could sign at work.
