Overall it was a good experience. Shayna was easy to deal with and answered my questions.
The part of the process that I think could be improved upon is going over all the paperwork with the final numbers at the time of signing the finance and sale docs. Went through the signing of paperwork pretty quickly. Once I got home and had time to read everything I was shocked at how much the extended warranty was. Lesson learned for me to not feel rushed and ask them to explain everything clearly.
