My brand new 2022 GMC Siera 2500 had a fault in the truck concerning the passive lock. Once locked, my parking lights would remain on and not turn off, even after 10 minutes. It took 3 visits (five days without the vehicle) to resolve this issue with GM. I know that this issue was above the ability of the service department, but it took GM since October 24th resolve this issue (being resolved December 20). I am pleased with the dealership in keeping me in the loop. I am disappointed with losing some features that I had in the same level of vehicle, SLE, in the past by GM and quite possibly have the semi-conductor chip issue to blame. Again, I would still recommend the dealership as they treat me as an individual.
