First time using Randy Wise service center. Nothing special about service. I had 37500 service which was oil change and tire rotation plus visuals. my wait was about an hour. Lounge was clean and roomy. overall satisfied

Always a great experience when coming in for an oil change and tire rotation. Having appointments now is so much easier than just showing up and hoping to be taken care of. Now I can make my appointment and I'm seen right around the time of my scheduled appointment. I was in and out in 45 minutes the last time. I laughed because I walked to McDonalds to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich and then walked back and my car was done. That's pretty good service. The service team at Randy Wise Buick-GMC is always great!
