My experience at Randy Wise in Fenton was no short of amazing. I received a text early Monday from Noelle that the car I was interested in was available so I drove there to take a test drive, LOVED THE CAR. Noelle (sales) and Alexis (finance manager) did everything above and beyond to ensure I was informed and walked away with a great deal. The employees at the Service Department are so professional and very nice. They kept me updated on my car's status throughout the day and even sent it through the carwash before I picked it up.

I brought my car in for with an engine light and temperature gauge not working. At first I was told it would be over $1100. I was ecstatic when they told me it was covered under warranty.
So far no issues with the repair. Very friendly customer service.

The work so far that they performed, seems to be stellar workmanship and the technician that worked on my vehicle should get an A+ for his performance. He made sure everything that was done was in good working order. Dustin our service rep is also awesome 👌. The only reason for the 4 stars, was for the warranty Randy Wise sold me, on my vehicle. It was way over priced for what It actually covers. So pay attention to the details of a warranty before you purchase one through the dealership.That is what I learned from this experience.

I had a great experience at Randy Wise Fenton! Oliver, Katie and Jean were all very helpful which made buying a new car an easy process.

I was able to make appointment on the app and was able to get the oil change and tire rotation done in a timely manner. The Wise Care Protection plan I purchased when I leased my vehicle allowed me to have no additional out of pocket expense.
