I was very overdue for an oil change due to daily travel caring for a family member. When I had a funeral to attend in northern Michigan, I really didn't want to make another long trip with my depleted oil. Dustin was completely booked when I called but when I explained my situation he somehow got me in before the funeral. That took away a huge stress. I really appreciate his efforts to help me.
