The Service Department is fabulous!!!

This was my first experience taking one of our vehicles to Randy Wise. We scheduled for an oil change and I requested that they check the RF CV boot for a split, as it appeared to be throwing grease in the driver's side front wheel well. They serviced my vehicle as expected and provided an estimate to repair the front drive shaft.

Always welcomed with a smile and by my first name, result of having purchased several cars through the dealership!.

Everyone that I have worked with at Randy Wise Buick GMC has been outstanding. They made buying a new car very easy.

I generally have no issues with the dealership as a whole. I recently had my vehicle in for recalls, oil change , tire rotation and to have my heated seat chips installed. They did an amazing job as usual. But the one thing that was not relayed was that they charge for the tire rotation even when you get an oil change. They should have made sure that it was known that there is a fee for that service as I do know that there are dealership that do not charge you for that if you are a customer of theirs. It’s all about customer retention and that information is something that we as customers need to know especially if we are new to you.

Very satisfied with the body work done on my 2017 Kia Sorrento. It looked close to new when I picked it up. It did take a while for parts to come in which seems to be the new normal. The insurance company also seemed to work well with the dealership. Appreciated Matt for explaining how the work would progress so that I would know what to expect!

Just purchased a used 2021 Yukon XL Denali from Nick Ruffolo. My husband worked with Nick a few months ago when he purchased his new truck so we stayed with Nick as he was on the search for my next Yukon. Nick is by far best the salesman!!
