The majority of my family purchases our vehicles from Randy Wise. Oliver Hackney is an amazing employee that always puts the customers first. I receive great, friendly and quick service. I had been experiencing some glitches in my radio/navigation system and random dinging in my vehicle. Oliver had someone come get my car and leave me a loaner since we are a one car family. When I received my car back, they attributed the issues to things I clearly never said. I'm not sure if I wasn't clear on the issue or if they just disregarded the information provided. Also, the person that brought my car to me had changed a pre-set station in my car. I don't really appreciate that.

I came into this dealership knowing what car I wanted the sales rep got me financed on the car that day and I was in a rush for work but the team here worked really fast. Service department was very friendly and efficient. They made sure that the part required to fix the issue with my vehicle was in stock before I left the dealership. Fortunately for the me the part was in stock and my vehicle was promptly repaired. Very pleasant experience.

My sales person Kristen S. at Randy Wise Fenton was very nice and she took time to show me the different features on my car, to do the onstar call with me and down load the GM app and show me how yo use it. She showed me several options on cars as well as for financing. Very happy would highly recommend.

Went to get my first oil change on my 2022 silverado. Was greeted by Dustin in service, very professional and personable service advisor.
