All of my vehicles have been purchased or leased thru Team Hackney at Randy Wise Buick for the past 15+ years. In every experience, I have been treated very professionally and just like family. I have recently moved out of Michigan and I am and will continue to utilize Randy Wise Buick thru Team Hackney for all of my vehicle needs!

Everyone from the Randy Wise team that helped us during the buying process was amazing. I was dreading the process of purchasing a new vehicle, but so happy we came to this dealership because everyone was so helpful and they really cared about the customer experience. I've been buying/leasing with Dale for 15+ years. Before my latest purchase (Buick Enclave - June'12) I "tested the waters" at another dealership. It was an incredible waste of my time! Dale got me a BETTER vehicle at a MUCH BETTER price than the "other guys". What's more, Dale knew (because he asked!)what I wanted and needed in a vehicle, so he only presented vehicles that would work for me and my family, eliminating the "I had to compromise" feeling that can tarnish the excitement of the buying experience.

I bought my 18 ford flex here! Great good of people to work with. Noelle was my sales person and she was fabulous! She made sure everything I wanted I got and it was still within my price range. She even made sure it was delivered because I couldn't get back to get the car. If you live in this area or want to take a road trip check them out!!

I would highly recommend Randy Wise Buick GMC. Our purchase of a new Yukon was very easy and pleasant. We are located 45 miles away from the dealership and were able to complete the whole process online and via phone/texts. Our salesperson, Dave Robson, personally delivered the vehicle to my office. In addition, he had some accessories that were ordered delivered to our home by one of their drivers along with our license plate. Thank you for a pleasant purchasing experience!

After talking them about the problem with my car they got on it immediately with no hesitation and was familiar with the problem. Joe (who worked on my car) was amazing and made sure the vehicle was ready and that he comfortable giving it back with no problems. David (sales manager) was also amazing in making sure the problem would be getting fixed immediately. Thank you guys.
