I have owned hundreds of vehicles in the 28 years of owning my business in Waterford, MI. I finally found a dealership that listens to their customer, cares about their customer and goes above and beyond for their customer. I will NEVER buy another vehicle or if service is needed, go anywhere else other than Randy Wise. It’s WELL WORTH the extra 25 minute drive from Waterford. I currently have 7 vehicles on order with Oliver Hackney and his team at Randy Wise. I look forward to taking delivery of these vehicles with many more orders to follow.

Had the 2020 Terrain towed in for service after it failed to start. The problem was found very quickly and by the next morning the repair was completed. The vehicle had very low mileage and after questioning the failure at such a low mileage, I received a discount that was roughly half of the original quote.
