Went in with a problem and they. took care of it in a timely manner. Jenny asked the right questions and I have car back in fine shape.
I did observe another person drive in and the men continued to carry on their conversation without acknowledging the client. He was black. When Jenny came in the back door she walked right up to the man and helped him. Not a good look.

No problems with the service provided. I liked that my service advisor kept me updated on the progress of the service. I was shocked to learn that the price of a service hour at this dealership has risen to $170/hour. I had asked to have my horn replaced and was quoted $510 in labor. Also there is an up charge to pay with a credit card. Who carries that much cash on them?! If I were rich I probably would have given 5 stars, but this is not a business for your average blue collar person.

Went in for an oil change. The service department was friendly, very helpful, and the oil change was done in a short amount of time.

Since the moment I first walked in I felt special. And looking around everyone felt that way. I have contacted my sales man at odd times and he has no problem continuing to treat me with that same courtesy. As simple as a windshield wiper, I pulled in and out within mins. It was replaced. Didn't even get out of my car. It was amazing!
