Stopped at Randy Wise to get information on the new 2024 Buick Envista. Kristen, walked me through all the details about the vehicle and stated that the vehicle was just beginning to be produced and that they didn't have any to look at in person yet. She went through all the options of the three models. Once she determined what features I was interested in she looked through the inventory that was scheduled to come in over the 2 to 4 months. She found one that matched what I was looking for and she reserved it for me. Kristen called me as soon as one (not mine) arrived on their lot so I could see it in person and sit in the vehicle. I could not drive this particular one as it was reserved for someone. Kristen kept me updated during the production and shipping period of my car. Kristen was a true pleasure to work with.

It was the morning after Christmas and we had Santa’s sled (actually my truck). All loaded up and ready to go to Marquette for Christmas with my family. My truck said no! Engine light issues…so I went right over to Randy wise GMC where I bought the truck. Called first and talked with Michael Skodak in the service dept. he was very helpful and friendly. I ended up bringing the truck into the service dept. he informed me that they would have to keep the truck. I told Mike that we had Christmas dinner planned for 5 pm in Marquette that same day. He said let me set you up with a loaner and he did. He had someone bring it into the service area and we transferred all our gifts etc into the loaner. He even offered to help!
