I have purchased my vehicles from Bill Ross for 20 years, and I have never been given anything short of excellent service, he always makes the extra step to help me with my needs long after the sale, as he did in this visit. I struck a deer with my Cadillac Escalade and it needed a fair amount of cosmetic work and some paint work. I was quickly taken care of and given a car to drive and got my truck back in a very reasonable amount and as expected. It looks like brand new! I was recently in the market for a used vehicle for my son, who is a college student. I wanted a reliable vehicle at an affordable price. I spent several days searching the internet and looking at various cars, before discovering this dealership. I contacted Dayna regarding a vehicle. I explained to her what I was looking for, the time constraints, and the fact that I lived a distance from the dealership. She was very professional, and friendly, and followed through on exactly what she said she would do. I ended up purchasing the vehicle that she showed me, at what I feel was a very fair price. Oliver lived up to the great reputation that my aunt conveyed to me. He went above and beyond to find and deliver the vehicle that I was looking for. Dayna Suess was an amazing representative. her ability to handle multiple situations yet devote her attention to each individual was remarkable. during our visit she dealt with ourselves and 2 other persons and at no time did we feel like we were left unattended. very impressive organizational skills were displayed by her.

also, her knowledge of the vehicle we purchased was impressive. i have never owned a GMC before but felt very comfortable making the purchase after dealing with Dayna.

finally, her follow up has been great and very appreciated. there were some issue with my AAA provider getting information over and to myself. i can say that Dayna was able to provide me with a copy of my insurance before my AAA agent. very impressive.

I go out of my way (passing other dealerships) to drive from Grand Blanc down to Fenton to get all my service work done at Randy Wise, and specifically by Mike Wilson, for many years now. Just had several items (some challenging) fixed well on my 2011 Lucerne. Mike goes out of his way to make sure I'm satisfied with their work there.

I brought in my Ford Edge for repair after having an accident. Being new in the area, I wasn't sure where to take it and my insurance company gave me a selection. I cannot express how pleased I am to have dealt with Kenneth Paulson and the folks at Randy Wise.
The car was completed ahead of schedule and the repairs were of the highest quality and my vehicle was returned super clean.
I would strongly recommend this dealership for any body work repairs.
Also, all repairs were completely spelled out, cost and name of the technician.

After test driving a number of vehicles, we decided on a 2012 GMC Terrain and couldn't be happier. Willie and Steven make a great team and really helped to make the entire experience enjoyable. Steven was truly remarkable, and hilarious.

My mom, daughter and I drove through the Randy Wise, Fenton used car lot and as we were driving past the office, Matt Gatica approached our car. My daughter rolled down the window and he asked what we were looking for. I told him we were looking for a car for my daughter. We had a budget and wanted to get her a car that day. He did what he could to get us into a car that she really liked and it was only a little over our budget. He was awesome and entertaining through the whole process. Very professional, very ambitious, very open with the car business. I have another car situation that I will definitely contact Matt about when the time is right. He is definitely a great salesman and a lot of fun to do business with.

My 2008 GMC pickup was running poorly. I dropped it off and needed it back as soon as possible. Within 1 hour they called me and already looked at the vehicle. They had the parts IN STOCK and made the repairs right away.

I dreaded buying a new (used) car and successfully avoided it for the past 10 years. I wanted a new car, but didn't need one since the one I had was running fine. Then I met Nathaniel at a social event and thought this guy will help me get what I wanted and I trusted him. I knew I wanted a Chrysler 300 silghtly used with low mileage. When I asked Nathaniel to keep an eye out for me he did just that. He called and asked me to come in for a test drive and had one waiting for me a clean and warm (stored inside even though it was used) Chrysler 300.

From that moment on he made me feel at ease and made it EASY. I did not want to stand around waiting for paperwork or filling out paperwork. I took my 2001 truck in for body work after hitting a deer. I bought my truck there and have dealt with them on several occasions. If I need anything auto realted I go straight there, won't even think of going anywhere else. There staff is excellent, Friendly and willing to go the extra mile if at all possible. The work they do is always high quaity and done quickly. They even vacummed the inside of my truck for me before sending it home. If anyone in my family is looking for another vehicle I tell them to go see Mike Yankee. I automatically went to him each time I bought a new vehicle and will when i buy another one. And any body work I need done, all my vehicles will go straight to Randy Wise. They are unbeatable.

Shortly after giving Angela's estimate to the insurance company I recieved a call from Kenny stating he was contacted by my insurance company and that he would go ahead and order the parts and contact me when they came in. They came in, Kenny called and a appointment was set up for the 27th of Nov. Kenny stated it would take about five days to complete and would call when my truck was finished. He then got me set up with Enterprise for the loaner car.
Kenny called and stated my truck was ready to go. So I picked up my truck...

This was the first time that I have had an auto body repair done at this dealership since we just moved into the area. Everyone there was very friendly and extremely efficient from handling the estimate to the repairing of my car. I am very happy and look forward to going back for any future repairs!

Wow! Fast, friendly, TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL, caring, customer service! I needed a written estimate for an exterior detail service on my vehicle for an insurance claim brought by my employer against an asphalt company that left a parking lot full of grit covered vehicles, the kind that doesn't come off in a car wash, and could scratch the finish if you didn't know what you were doing, or what to use....I drove in unexpected at 7:00 a.m. and told the first person I saw, he said just a minute and Kenny Paulson popped out the door and I told him what I needed, he said, "Yes, I know what you want, just give me a minute or two". And, he was right back out with two copies of an estimate, in less than five minutes. He said, "if you decide to go with us just give me a call" and handed me his card. Incredibly friendly, easy-going people. Very helpful with answering questions, any questions. They were willing to go through all the available options when buying. Prepared to stay later than they had to if it meant helping someone interested in buying a vehicle. Compared to their competitors across the street, who's vehicle I test drove and didn't buy, then had to explain to the manager WHY I didn't want it, I'd stick with the people at Randy Wise.

Nick took care of as much of everything as possible over the phone. It was so cool that we texted back and forth so that I could conduct business in my office in private.
