Randy Wise Buick GMC

Went in to see our options for a car. Told the salesman what I wanted and how much I have to spend a month. He didnt try any tactics showed me our options let me take it home for over night test drive while paper work was being processed. Called me first thing the next day and me and my wife got approved and it was right on spot with our budget I recommend everyone to randy wise!!

I purchased a used 2012 GMC this summer with warranty left on the vehicle. It had started to run rough but the code did not want to save to the computer even though warning messages were coming up on the display. I might add this was an intermittent problem. It took a couple of visits but they finally got it to mess up while it was there. They discovered a gasket had failed and oil was pooling in the cylinder causing the plug to foul. It was a difficult diagnosis but they found it, fixed it and the truck is running great. Thanks to all in the service dept.

Nick Rodgers and Oliver Hackney were wonderful to work with. They were very helpful in working through the process to determine the best vehicle for my needs. The dealership did not have exactly the car I wanted, but they were diligent in their search until they found what I wanted. This is the 5th car that we have purchased from this team and we will certainly be contacting them for car number 6 in the future. Great experience and absolutely beautiful car that I love!

I always have great service at Randy Wise. The people are friendly and honest. They always make it feel like they are there for their guests. I've bought two vehicles from them now and they have stood by any warranty or service. They don't just throw parts at you vehicle hoping to solve problems like other dealerships. I now take my Ford there for any service. The waiting room is very clean and always have hot coffee and baked goods for the taking. They also have special days for the kids bringing in a clown for face painting and balloon animals. Its nice to know a dealership caters not only to the customer but his family. We have a 2012 Enclave. Jackie is a great salesperson and we have had service done there twice. Oil change and rotate tires - both at no charge. Easy in and quick out. what is there not to like?

I had to have a few minor items taken care of with my 2013 Buick Regal GS. The brakes squeaked, the interior had rattles, and the engine has some possible small oil leaks. First off, my salesman Bill Ross got me into a loaner for the day and when my service guy, Kyle told me the car needed to stay longer he got me into a brand new 2015 Buick LaCrosse with 300 miles on. Needless to say I was very pleased with both Bill helping me as usual and Kyle getting me a loner. Kyle and the technician, whom I don't know worked on it, did a fantastic job at meeting my needs and solving the issues. Kyle kept me abreast of what was going on with the car each day at least once, sometimes twice. The tech took the time to call GM twice to inquire about the brakes and the oil issues. I was having a problem with my GMC Terrain and took it to the Fenton location. The entire Randy Wise team went the extra mile to make sure that my issue was taken care of and that I was inconvenienced as little as possible. As a woman I appreciate that all of my concerns were addressed in a highly professional manner and I was always treated with the utmost respect from everyone that I came in contact with at the dealership!

We had to bring in our 2012 GMC Sierra for tire rotation and for a spot where it looked like rust was coming from somewhere. They found the problem and fixed it. It was pretty busy in there (Saturday morning) but we sat in the comfortable lounge (free wi-fi and coffee, thank you very much) and it wasn't too long before they came and told us we were good to go. They even washed the truck for us.

The workers are always polite and helpful. This is my favorite dealership!

Excellent customer service and workmanship

I would highly recommend Randy Wise GMC collision center to anyone in need of having their vehicle repaired. Unfortunately my GMC Envoy has been in the collision center at Randy Wise 3 times, all within a few months time. Each time I had the pleasure of dealing with Tony Skerjance who was wonderful to deal with, awesome customer service. Always stayed true to his word and kept me up to date with the entire process of having my vehicle fixed. On top of that they did an excellent job at restoring my vehicle, each time I received it back you would have never have known it had been damaged.

I just purchased a 2010 GMC Terrain from Randy Wise. I love the vehicle! We got a great deal on the vehicle and got more on my trade in at Randy. Bryan was great. Wonderful Service

It was wonderful how straight forward Rick was with everything. And during the wait, he was very generous in letting me use his phone charger while I waited in the wait room and enjoyed some snacks and coffee.

Everything went very smooth and was happy with my entire visit.

I was not necessarily planning on getting a new car, just out shopping. I talked to Theron and he took me through his stock and my best options. After siting in the car I decided I did not want to wait and Theron helped us move through the process very quickly. He was always there until 8pm which was great because I did not have to take any time of off work. Now I am leasing and so happy with my decision.
