This is the first time in my LIFE I've ever been a repeat buyer from a salesman, let alone a dealership. A couple of years ago, my husband and I had just come out of bankruptcy, and Bryan Bickford was there to help us get a car to not only re-build our credit, but also enable my husband to get to and from work in a safe, reliable vehicle.

So when it was time for me to get another used car, we turned to Bryan. His straightforward, no nonsense approach to finding the car that works for US was what made it easy to go back to him again. The fact that he had exactly the car I'd been looking for was a bonus. I didn't need to look at any other car, and he really did his diligence to get me all the info (carfax, one-owner, even answered all my questions about the noises I thought I was hearing in the car). Great overall customer experience. I bought my 2011 Denali here and had a great buyer experience (price, friendly and knowledgable sales staff, great overall buyer experience), but the reason I am back to write this review is because of the top notch service / collision work I have received from this dealership. I have had my vehicle in for warranty work and collision service on a couple different occasions and have always been very pleased with the quality, speed and overall price of the service. Having lived in other cities, and had my Denali serviced at a couple other dealerships, none of them compare to the overall customer experience at Randy Wise GMC. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking at purchasing a vehicle or having their existing vehicle serviced at this dealership.

Mike S in the service department was so great about taking care of me when we hit a hiccup with my warranty. He worked hard and kept me informed. I left VERY happy!

Got an amazing deal at Randy Wise! I was turned away from three other dealerships not willing to work with us on price. Test drove a few different models and found one I liked and they were gonna make sure I drove away in their car. I would have had to buy a vehicle two model years older to get the same price somewhere else! Great communication and super professional.

It was like they were working for me and not Randy The other dealers were blown so far out of the water it WAS LIKE USING A BATTLE SHIPS BIGGEST GUN TO BLOW A SMALL RUBBER DUCK OUT OF A KIDDIE POOL!!!! I recently bought a certified Buick Lacrosse from the used car dealership. As with most used cars, after driving it for a few days, there were several items that I didn't notice when I test drove the vehicle. I returned to the dealership and asked if there was anything they could do. There were three things that needed to be addressed. The guys at Randy Wise told me to bring it in and they would take care of them. They had a loaner car waiting and went to work on the items.

Unfortunately, they had to order a part and also had to repair a small dent so they scheduled another appointment. It took a couple of appointments and they went above and beyond my expectations. All three appointments had loaner vehicles waiting for me. They kept me informed of the progress all the way through.

Kenneth Paulson was very professional and kind. Mycar was fixed earlier than was told. The body shop did a wonderful job and even detailed the inside of my car. 5 stars to all there.

Decided to take advantage of the EOY closeout sale in Dec 2014. Found the vehicle I was looking for on their website. My salesman,Charlie Burgess worked diligently to have my 2 trade-in vehicles appraised and my new GMC Sierra 1500 prepped, He managed my Remote Start and Bed Liner installations with minimal impact to my schedule. Although disappointed that GM no longer has rear wheel liners as standard equipment, Charlie also worked with me to get these parts at a reduced cost. Overall a very enjoyable experience (pleasant, professional, no pressure) and I will recommend Charlie to all of my friends and family.

My wife and I recently completed a 1200 mile fly-n-drive to Fort Worth in our "new" 2003 Toyota MR2 Spyder. We were picked up right at the airport by a very friendly Jim West and could not be happier with how we were treated by everyone at Randy Wise Buick GMC. Dayna Suess in sales was fabulous and Steve Thomas in finance was great! When registering the car in Texas I found out I needed a special Texas form signed by the dealer and Dayna took care of it immediately. Thanks for helping to make a somewhat risky adventure into a very pleasant and memorable experience! Oh, and I love the car!

I took my damaged vehicle to Randy Wise Buick GMC. I had never been there before. Tony Skerjance was who I worked with. He was friendly, helpful and nice to deal with. They also did excellent work on the collision repair.
The insurance company wrote me a check for the repair, which I fully expected to pay to the body shop, but Tony had not only charged me less than the insurance company already paid me for... but even did some repair for me on an area of the car that was unrelated to the accident. Above and beyond what I was hoping for. This makes them my first stop for next purchase, and of course the only stop for any future collision repairs. Highly recommended.

I have never had a more positive car buying experience. Dayna Suess at Randy Wise was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and really went the extra mile to find me the perfect Acadia. She spent weeks looking for exactly what I needed at a better price that I could have imagined. It was a Christmas surprise for my wife and she made it happen. She colored with my children at her desk for 20 minutes while I went over the financing and she even came in on Christmas Eve to make sure I had a gigantic bow to put on the hood. I could not be more pleased with my experience at Randy Wise, especially Dayna, and would recommend her to ANYONE!

The adviser was very informative with my free multi-point inspection, explaining the status of my vehicle (fluids, brakes wipers, battery, etc.). I leased a new 2014 Buick Regal in April and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I had to return to resign some papers and the sales team filled my tank with gas for the inconvience ! I have had it in for service once and the service team worked on the car for 3 days replicating my findings and fixing those. One item could not be reproduced. I returned at my convienence and several members of the service team helped me transfer back to my Regal when the job was complete....Thanks
