My saleswomen Madicyn was awesome I would recommend her to anyone looking for a used car. The only thing was for some reason the temp tag I left the dealer with wasn’t registered in my name and I was pulled over because of it. Overall good experience just a paperwork error which was very unfortunate.

I arrived 30mins early (930 for 10 apt). They took me right in and had my vehicle done 30 mins. after apt. time. They preformed an oil change, tire rotation, control arm grease. When i arrived to pick it up all 3 service reps. greeted me by name. Love this service dept. and crew…. Highly recommend this service dept. Jenny even got me an office so I could have a virtual meeting while I waited.

Never use any Randy Wise dealer in Flint. Always use the Fenton dealership.My car runs better then it did when I bought it. Chris did a great job working with the insurance company and my car was done with in a week, with major repairs I am satisfied with the way it runs today.
