Kristy was our appraiser. She was understanding of our unique situation concerning our adult son that has autism. She explained exactly what she would be doing while in his room & went into his room last as to give me time to prepare my son which made him comfortable & less anxious. She was professional and thorough.

She was polite, communicated clearly about what she needed to do in the house and was sweet to the dogs.

No one ever knows what to expect when a stranger comes to evaluate his or her home. I was pleasantly surprised to meet the appraiser from Quinn Appraisals and be put at ease in her company. She made what can be an uncomfortable and stressful event into a pleasant, quick, and easy process.

Kristy had a great spirit about her. She was running ahead of schedule, called to see if she could arrive early. I have 3 dogs and they loved her, she did not react like they were a nuisance, explained where she’d be, was very polite, and completed her job efficiently.
