Mr. Meir is the most reliable inspector of mold testing that i have ever met. He is very concerned about his client’s needs. He goes points by points tackling and addressing each issue in each particular area. I recommend with my eyes closed Mr. Meir for any mold testing. He does efficient and excellent work to send to accredit third party or independent lab company certified by the NY State Board.

Quest testing was very helpful in determining that my mom's house had mold and needed remediation. Miki was very patient, informative and helped us find a great redediator and get the house clean and safe! We were treated so well and my mom felt safe the whole time. Hello. We needed an Asbestos Inspector ASAP for a property and after reaching out to multiple agencies, I was able to get help from Inspector Meir Efargan. He was available to come to the site and did the inspection very professionally. He was able to get the results to us within a few days as well. Would def recommend!

He did a thorough inspection, collected air and tape samples and dropped them off at a lab the same day, and helped me understand better what I was dealing with in an honest way. Meir was a complete professional and his prices were better compared to the other two inspectors I spoke to in the same area.

The representative from Quest was a blessing. My son got an apartment, and he was having trouble breathing, so I called Quest. They were able to schedule something at our convenience almost immediately. The rep was considerate, understood the situation and was very thorough. He was very good at his job. Now we wait for results.

He is an amazing inspector. He took time to answer all of my questions, he is extremely knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint and locate the problem even before running the test.

He is also a thorough inspector. The property has three floors and he checked all three to get tot he root of the issue. Lastly, he is flexible. I made an appointment that day and he not only fit me into his schedule but did not rush the inspection or our debrief meeting to discuss next steps.

I highly recommend, definitely won’t regret it.
