I worked with Dr. Tanya English for her MAP technique. I chose to work with her to explore and target blocks around prosperity. During the session, I felt complete peace and deep relaxation. Following the session, I felt the need to rest and be still. It is the following morning that I immediately noticed results from her practice. Upon waking there was not the morning anxiety I had grown accustomed to waking up with. She gave me a mental visual to work with whenever the anxiety came on and it actually works. I now use it all the time. If I had not done this session, I think I would still be seeking a way to mitigate the stress and worry. It's wonderful to have a new tool to work with and I am looking forward to my next session with her! Thank you Dr. Tanya English!
