I found Dr. Tanya to help me release inner strife that kept me from being fully aware and confident to live my full life. It’s something I have been working on awhile, but I have only gotten so far. Her process of analyzing my inner life through my chakras and then a process for getting to key memories from my past and releasing the trauma was life altering. Within hours of the clearing, I began feeling a number of things - freedom, clarity, and a great thankfulness. I began to experience synchronicities and manifestation of desired outcomes that helped me “step in” to my life with more openness and joy. Almost everything came as an opportunity - to step back into my social life, getting together with friends, experiencing nature, working on my book, etc. And, I realized that some of my previous behaviors were a kind of hiding from life - like time spent on the computer.

To strengthen the development of good habits and to make the most of the clearing, I have been following the practices from the book “Atomic Habits”, which has led me to develop a clear sense of who I am and who I most want to be and develop habits that support my personal identity.

Through another session with Tanya, we cleared out what I describe as limiting self-beliefs about my availability to love and be loved. Throughout the process, my heavenly and galactic spirit guides came forward, along with my loved ones who have passed, to remind me of my loving nature and ways that I have been loving with them. It was profound and joyful.

I am finding now that I am stepping into opportunities that I discern are good for me with joy and enthusiasm and have stopped habits that filled time, but didn’t enrich my life. I am seeing myself as the person that I most want to be.
